Youth Talk: COURAGEOUS is a transformational leadership platform designed to discover, train, mentor, and elevate the next generation of young leaders in the Twin Cities.

This is not just a one-time opportunity to stand on a stage. It is the beginning of a leadership journey where young people gain confidence, develop their voice, learn public speaking, connect with community leaders, and become agents of positive change.

We believe every young person has a story worth sharing and a voice powerful enough to impact the world.

Our mission is to identify, inspire, and develop young leaders from diverse backgrounds by giving them a platform to discover their voice, strengthen their confidence, and create meaningful impact in their communities.

Through mentorship, training, networking, and leadership opportunities, we are building a generation that is prepared to lead with courage, compassion, and purpose.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Youth Talk was founded by Ilona Parunakova, a global speaker, educator, entrepreneur, television host, and community leader who has dedicated decades to empowering people through leadership, education, and personal development.

With experience working alongside elected officials, government leaders, schools, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and diverse communities, Ilona believes that true change begins by investing in the next generation.

Her mission is to open doors for young people, connect them with influential leaders, and provide opportunities that many never imagined possible.
